Comex 2000, a leader in telecommunications, is seeking a dynamic Technology Training Specialist to join our IT & Systems team in Derby. This role offers exciting opportunities for national travel, allowing you to connect with teams across the UK.


What You'll Do:
Develop and Deliver: Create engaging training materials for our bespoke systems, such as Depotnet. Deliver in-person and remote sessions to diverse audiences.
Content Creation: Design innovative training content, from videos to interactive e-learning modules.
IT Support: Provide essential training on data protection, cybersecurity, and office applications, as well as our in-house systems.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with IT and operational teams to stay updated on system changes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide ongoing support.
Travel: Embark on frequent UK-wide journeys to deliver consistent, high-quality training.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT training, ideally with field-based workflow systems.
  • A knack for explaining complex topics in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
  • Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, and office application training (preferred).
