SOCOTEC is a leading provider of asbestos management and consultancy services across a wide range of business sectors and property types. SOCOTEC’s highly experienced team of asbestos consultants are fully accredited to carry out asbestos management, refurbishment or demolition surveys to UKAS No. 0148 standards. Our extensive network of regional offices and laboratories, allows both national and local clients, to benefit from our services. SOCOTEC also delivers UKATA approved asbestos awareness courses, as well as bespoke professional training, which can be delivered from your premises.

We’re looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join an enthusiastic team delivering Asbestos Analytical, Surveying and Consultancy services to a wide range of clients across the UK with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and compliance company.

You will;

  • Carry out asbestos reinspections, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on all types of sites
  • Carry out all types of asbestos air monitoring and clearance work
  • Asbestos consultancy
  • Maintain close client links and provide a professional service

  • Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must also have:
  • BOHS P 402, P403 and P404 or Certificate of Competence in Asbestos
  • An appropriate Health and Safety Qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good IT skills
