With a degree in a scientific or engineering field and post-degree experience in scientific instrumentation, preferably with sales experience, you will bring invaluable expertise to our team. Your proficiency in industry knowledge, IT skills, and sales techniques, combined with strong interpersonal skills such as relationship building, communication, negotiation, and collaboration, will make you a valuable asset. Your adaptability and resilience in navigating diverse situations and setbacks will further solidify your candidacy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Expand Sales: Identify key customers and applications, showcasing our solutions' value. With a growth mindset, explore diverse market needs to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Presentation: Present compelling commercial and technical arguments to potential customers, emphasiing the benefits of our solutions.
  • Complete Sales Cycle Ownership: Take charge of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, nurturing customer relationships along the way.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback on market trends to adapt strategies and contribute to product development.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed sales records and prepare quarterly forecasts, demonstrating accountability for results.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategic business plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Demonstrations: Organise engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with support and service teams to ensure excellent after-sales experiences for our customers.
  • IRMS Sales Assistance: Contribute to IRMS sales activities in the UK, showcasing proactive support for team success.
