About the role

As an Associate / Assistant in Category Medical Affairs, you will harness your passion for healthcare and life sciences to make a real impact on our products and consumers. Your responsibilities

- Support the investigation and substantiation of product claims for both advertising materials and regulatory submission, including creation of high-quality regulatory documentation.

- Interpret clinical and pre-clinical data accurately for the development of scientific manuscripts for publication.

- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the appropriate success criteria / KPIs, whilst ensuring all technical work is completed to required procedures and standards.

- Provide support to advisor-level employees where appropriate.

- Effectively communicate and escalate to supervisor, cross functional teams and external partners.

- Build functional and technical knowledge alongside an awareness of current and future business requirements.

- Develop an understanding of the R&D operating model and identify ways to execute initiatives in accordance with it.

The experience we're looking for

- Qualified in healthcare or life sciences is beneficial but not essential

- Good attention to detail which ensures excellent written communications.

- Understanding of clinical data, research methodology, information management and regulatory requirements across different product classifications

- Can demonstrate contribution to project delivery and collaboration.

- Have the ability to work efficiently, accurately and independently within a multi-disciplinary team.

- A good team player and proactive collaborator.

- An ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure.
