You will be responsible for managing the coordination of a training programme for the opening of our new hub in Coventry. You will need to be confident, have strong communication skills and a strong capability to engage with diverse audiences with varying levels of knowledge. You will embody our attributes, As One, Can Do, Passion and Right First Time, as well as demonstrating a growth mindset. Using a feedback culture, you will passionately deliver better employee engagement within our business, resulting in a better customer experience.

You will be critical to the successful deployment of training across our hub and a crucial partner for engagement, learning and communication reaching all our employees to the same high standard. This role will have a good understanding of the components to deliver a successful training and onboarding process that supports the DHL eCommerce UK Strategy, expansion plans, attracting talent, retention, and succession.

As Hub Trainer, your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include the following:

Ensure training, environment and materials delivered are implemented uniformly across the hub, are consistent with the DHL Global framework so all employees have the same experience. Identify resistance and manage change through motivating and influencing others. Reinforce the training messages to align our people with the company strategy and goals. Work alongside the wider team to deploy the training and onboarding with skill, professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm, enabling the hub to really gain the rewards of strong employee engagement.

What are the requirements?

Customer and service orientated Have prior experience of working in a training environment Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role Strong Microsoft package skills, ideally with intermediate working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages Ability to build a strong and effective network Highly motivated, energetic and an active listener.
