Job Description

A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and travel across Belfast, Northern Ireland and also use their own initiative in a fast moving environment

About The Role

·         Carry out painting to high quality standard

·         Response maintenance as and when required

·         Able to work within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered

·         Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor

·         Itemise the work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises

·         Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expect

·         Travel across Northern Ireland as required

·         Dealing with the general public in a professional manner ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

·         Uphold Data Protection Policies

·         Undertake any other duty deemed  necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business

·         Any other ad hoc projects as required

Required Criteria

  • Qualified in a relevant trade and be able to provide suitable certification
  • Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in construction and painting industry
  • Demonstrate experience working on Social Housing contracts
