What will this role achieve?

We are looking for a permanent Stockman / Reach Truck Driver for Assortments on Double Day Shift.

What will be your key deliverables?

You will need to work effectively with other team members in the department as well as the Data Contact on your line and also Advanced Team Members.

You will need to work effectively with everyone in the department.​

You will be required to look after the biscuit / packaging stocks in the assortments lines.​

The role will require flexibility and good communication skills. ​

The role will require you to use a Reach Truck for moving pallets of biscuits out of / into the biscuit stores racking’​

You will be required to scan pallets.​

You may need to work in the Co-Pack area.​

You will be working on different lines with the department.​

Visually check for foreign matter / hazards

Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications

Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.

Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output.

Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.

Essential

Reach Truck licence & a knowledge of Autostore scanning.

Manufacturing experience

Good communication and organisation skills.

Flexibility and able to work with all departments / zones

Good at working with other people

Basic numerical and literacy knowledge

Manual dexterity

Supportive within the team.

Be able to multi-task.

Shift Pattern

Double Days - Monday – Friday hours per week. Two-week rolling rota: Week : am-pm, Week : pm-pm.

Green/Yellow/Red Period – Dayshift, hours per week

Green Period - Monday to Thursday, :-: / :-:

Yellow Period – Monday to Thursday, :-: and Friday :-: or Monday to Thursday, :-: and Friday :-:

Red period – Monday to Friday, : - : or Monday to Friday, : – :
