The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time KS2 Classroom Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives by delivering engaging and innovative lessons that foster academic excellence and personal growth. Your creativity and commitment will play a key role in developing students' love for learning and building their confidence. This position is set to last the entire academic year, beginning in September 2024, to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the school's curriculum and values.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect.
  • Tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, inspiring them to achieve their best.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school's rich and dynamic educational environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A passion for education and a strong commitment to students' well-being and progress.
  • Creativity and adaptability to engage students with diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
