KHR is working with one of thefastest-growing businesses in the UK, which currently has a greatopportunity for an Invoicing Administrator to join the business ona full-time permanent basis.

The idealcandidate will be able to create invoices using a bespoke invoicingsystem, carry out checks using Excel and other client bookingplatform reports, and cross-check service provider data againstin-house information to ensure that all data has beencaptured.

Duties of the InvoicingAdministrator will include but are not limitedto:

- Invoicing using the bespoke invoicingsystem within set SLAs
- Invoicing utilising Excel tocreate the backing data and reporting within set SLAs
-Invoice checks utilising multiple booking platforms and serviceprovider data
- Uploading Invoices to Sage Line 200accurately
- Effectively investigating invoice querycases and providing detailed responses
- Raising CreditNotes Data input for invoicing
- Liaising with staffinternally and service providers to always ensure clientsatisfaction
- Billing Team email monitoring usingSalesforce

Standard hours of work are Mondayto Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

25,000pa + holiday,pension, equipment, training andprogression.

The business is based inLarkfield and offers hybrid work, 3 days per week in the office and2 from home.
