Key Responsibilities
People Related Tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact for queries related to product transfer, product transfer plus, and product switch mortgage applications.
- Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate responses to telephone calls, enquiries, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments within the business throughout the application journey.
- Update Mortgage Brokers on the progress of specific cases and resolve any queries that arise.
Daily Operations:
- Increase the product transfer pipeline by discussing options with existing customers as their mortgage product nears expiration.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in both internal and external systems, reflecting the current stage of each case.
- Manage your own pipeline from FMA submission to completion, handling all relevant tasks and actions.
- Provide regular updates on applications to ensure smooth progression from submission to completion.
- Handle all forms of communication, both incoming and outgoing.
- Chase outstanding documentation, reports, and information to advance applications.
- Arrange valuations with third-party valuers.
- Review and pre-approve valuations and documentation before full underwriting review.
- Prepare and approve cases for sign-offs before fund release and completion.
