Control Room Manager

EQUANS are recruiting for a Control Room Manager (FM) be based at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £38, - £40, per annum dependent upon experience. In addition you will receive an excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
Build and maintain an effective and supportive working relationship with members of the team and colleagues within Equans Services, Portsmouth Hospitals University Trust and The Hospital Company (THC). Understand and apply all contractual requirements to reactive maintenance tasks. Own, maintain and update the site CAFM system in relation to all reactive tasks under their control and management. Manage inductions and security passes for all contractors. Oversee and manage the reactive task dashboard and track all tasks through to completion. Work with Team Leaders to ensure all positions are covered for staff leave and sickness. Oversee and manage the schedulers in their execution of their duties including annual appraisals, sickness and disciplinaries in line with Equans policies and procedures. Regular reporting on service delivery, equipment and personnel performance, subcontractors, and training. Produce the month end reports as required by the contract Manage, populate and maintain the tracker report used in the ESWMRG meeting held weekly. Maintain accurate records, data, and reports in line with policy and compliance requirements, ensuring all confidential material is adequately secured. Engage with the Estates team on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) monitoring and investigation or significant equipment failures or repeat failures. Ensure that all scheduled tasks are carried out using appropriate labour planning guidelines (PGL) allocated. Assist in ensure that the annual maintenance plan is executed correctly utilising labour and resources appropriately. Maintain and manage labour sickness in accordance with policy. Work with other members of the Estates team and suppliers, to ensure continued and timely availability of spare parts/services for reactive maintenance. Work with other members of the Estates team to provide a high quality estates service as part of an integrated Facilities Management service. Provide training and coaching support to direct reports, and others within the contract. Carry out other duties within agreed competencies.What can we offer you?
