Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a large Multi Academy Trust across Cornwall who specialise in supporting Children and Young adults with additional learning needs.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated People to join their successful teams across the region and specifically in the St Austell area.

This role will include working with Children and Young adult who require a range of specific and individual learning support including but not limited to Autism, Mental or Physical disabilities, ADHD/ADD, Visual or Hearing disabilities, severe and profound learning disabilities. If you have a passion for supporting pupils through their learning journey this is the opportunity for you

To Apply for this position, you should have.

  • Recent experience of working in a Mainstream classroom/or experience of working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in an educational setting.
  • A strong passion to enhance the development of pupils.
  • An approachable and positive attitude.
  • Ideally Team Teach Trained. (Not essential)
  • Be confident in working with small groups and 1:1.
