About the role

We currently have multiple positions available for casual bus drivers at our Penrith depot. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering the best experience possible to our customers.

Hours of work

Our drivers must be willing and flexible to work various shifts, that may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.

The majority of shifts available for full-time and casual drivers are worked as split shifts. Split shifts work by providing two portions of work to cover peak service times morning and afternoon. The hours for each shift can vary but will generally require you to work between the following times:

Morning: 6:00am to 10:00am Afternoon: 2:00pm to 6:00pm

Outside of these hours you can leave the depot to head home or run errands, or you can choose to stay at the depot and take advantage of our driver facilities.

There are also some straight shifts that may be available with shifts starting at varied times of the day, from morning, afternoon or evenings.

All depots operate seven days per week with most weekend work available as overtime.

Eligibility to apply

A current and valid Medium Rigid or above driver’s licence A good driving history  Strong communication and customer service skills Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check.  Have a current NSW Driver Authority is highly desired (or be willing to obtain one)
