As a Future Careers Specialist , you will be instrumental in advancing our commitment to nurturing and coaching customers into training and development pathways. Your primary focus will be to support, monitor and report on the pipeline of talent programme, designed to channel local talent into the workforce while also cultivating our internal talent pipelines to equip colleagues with future-ready skills.

In this role, your experience in supporting Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes will be invaluable. You will be supporting on a range of activity here including the recruitment of new Graduates and Apprentices and planning the approach to assessment days, as well as organising regular networking and development days.

You will work closely with individuals who are not currently in education, employment, or training, helping them to navigate their career paths. A deep understanding of employability skills, apprenticeship standards, and collaboration with training providers is essential to drive our initiatives forward.

Your ability to leverage social media platforms to promote opportunities will help us reach and inspire the future talent pool. We are looking for someone with a Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) qualification at level 3 or above, or equivalent experience demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional career guidance.

Flexibility is key in this role You will need a positive attitude towards travel, ensuring reliability and dedication to our goals. Your excellent project management, reporting and communication skills will really set you up for success. A strong customer focus, coupled with outstanding collaboration skills, will be crucial as you build relationships and drive our mission forward.

This position requires the ability to travel regularly to meet with apprentices and visit partnership sites, so a full UK driving license is essential. We offer a permanent, full-time opportunity where your impact will be felt across our communities and within our organisation. We will also be keen to consider part-time, please specify this in your application.
