On a typical day you will:
Receive and manage calls from customers. suppliers and engineers Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently Ensure that our CRM System isupdated with specific, accurate informationWhat you will need to be successful
You are passionate about excellent customer service You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You are a team-player and are able to work under pressure to deliver business commitmentsWhat’s In it For Me / Benefits
