JOB TITLE: Continuous Improvement Apprentice

SITE LOCATION: WSD – Stafford Park 6, Telford, TF3 3AT

HOURS: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose:

To further embed the Continuous Improvement Culture across the Division. Working with the Divisional Continuous Improvement Leader to support CI Project delivery and identify opportunities for Improvement. Supporting Employee training and understanding of Lean Tools & Techniques

Key Accountabilities:

Supporting the Divisional Continuous Improvement Leader with building CI AwarenessDelivery of “on-the-floor” Project Plans Supporting the embedding of 5S Methodology & activities within the sitesAnalysing data focusing on KPI performances, identifying opportunities for improvementWorking in line with and Promoting all Health & Safety standards Working with the SHEQ Team on Projects Delivery of Lean Tool Training both classroom and “on-the-floor” based

Passion to Continually ImproveBusiness Improvement Technician Level 2 (BITL2) Experience of working in a Continuous Improvement Environment Experience in delivery of Lean Tool Training
