We are currently looking to add to our catering Team at  Singapore Airlines Lounge, Heathrow terminal 2   we are seeking a Chef de Partie  to join the team to deliver a world class guest experience. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be able to create memorable catering experiences.

​This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.

Setting up the kitchen prior to a lounge opening Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal Assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods Cleaning the kitchen before the Lounge closes Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap. Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast paced environment Previous chef experience Strong communication skills Basic food hygiene  Good customer service skills
