Description du poste

Rejoindre Colisée signifie s'engager activement dans l'amélioration de l'accueil et de l'accompagnement de nos résidents, et œuvrer pour un environnement de travail enrichissant et bienveillant pour tous nos collaborateurs. Nous mettons un point d'honneur sur la qualité de vie au travail (QVCT), via une politique RH dédiée, qui inclut la professionnalisation des équipes.

Missions principales du poste de Responsable SST/QCVT et système de management de la sécurité et santé au travail chez Colisée :

Focus sur la QVCT : Identification proactive, évaluation et gestion des risques professionnels liés à la pénibilité, aux postures de travail, et aux accidents, avec un accent particulier sur la prévention et l'amélioration des conditions de travail. Pilotage et Amélioration du SMSST : Mise en œuvre et amélioration continue du Système de Management de la Sécurité et de la Santé au Travail (SMSST) selon la norme ISO 45001, avec une approche centrée sur l'amélioration de la QVCT. Gestion de Projet et Veille Réglementaire : Diriger des projets d’amélioration, assurer une veille réglementaire active et être l’interface avec les organismes officiels, en mettant l'accent sur les aspects relatifs à la QVCT. Audit et Évaluation : Évaluation rigoureuse de l’efficacité du système de management de la santé et sécurité, et programmation d'audits axés sur la QVCT. Réseau de Correspondants : Animer un réseau dédié à l'amélioration de la performance en matière de santé et sécurité, avec un accent sur la qualité de vie au travail.

Qualifications

Qualités et compétences requises :

Expertise en législation du travail et réglementation QVCT/SST. Capacité à influencer, excellentes compétences relationnelles. Aptitude à coordonner des équipes, à sensibiliser et former sur les thèmes QVCT. Maîtrise des outils d'analyse d'incidents/accidents et des risques spécifiques à l'activité. Réactivité en cas de crises ou d'accidents, compétences en communication de crise. Aptitudes en rédaction pour élaborer des rapports et bilans focalisés sur la QVCT.

En tant que Responsable Qualité et conditions de vie au Travail chez Colisée, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'élaboration et le pilotage du système de management de la sécurité et santé au travail afin d'assurer un environnement de travail sûr et épanouissant, aligné sur la mission et les valeurs de l'entreprise. Vous serez un acteur déterminant dans l'avancement de la qualité de vie au sein de nos établissements. Des déplacements réguliers sur votre territoire sont à prévoir.
