Your tasks

Are you passionate about health, safety and the environment? Do you have a knack for administration and a desire to drive continuous improvement? If so, we're looking for a HSE Coordinator to join our team in the UK and support our Head of HSE in enhancing our management systems.

Location: Heathrow/Hybrid (ideally 2-3 days in the office, will include travel to other sites across the UK and Ireland)

Salary: Up to £40k per annum depending on experience

What will you be doing?

Supporting the company in identifying and managing HSE risks, ensuring continuous improvement. Empowering operational staff to take ownership of HSE on site. Driving governance and assurance processes for HSE performance. Assisting with incident investigations and HSE inspections using iAuditor. Participating in audits to monitor and enhance HSE systems and procedures. Conducting 1-2-1 workstation assessments when needed. Assisting with external audits for customers and ISO standards. Organising first aid and fire warden training. Preparing monthly statistics, slides, minutes, and action plans for HSE committee meetings.

Requirements

About You

Experienced as either an HSE administrator or coordinator. Experience of a similar role within transport/logistics or a similar multi-site environment. Possess NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. IT literate/working with databases and dashboards Full clean driver's license with the ability to travel regularly around the UK and Ireland
