About the Role:

Are you passionate about education and seeking an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in a school environment? GSL Education is in search is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our partner school in Withernsea.

Role of a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Managing student behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and materials
• Providing support to students as needed
• Collaborating with teaching staff and administration to ensure smooth operation of the school day

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
