-Serving as the primary point of contact for apprentices, mentors, trainers, and education partners.
-Communicating effectively with external training providers, educational institutions and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

About You

To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us:

-Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, standards and funding practices. 
-Previous experience in apprenticeship co-ordination, training or talent development is desirable but not essential. 
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
-Experience within a multi-site organisation would be highly desirable.
-Strong proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems or similar software. 

You'll be able to show us communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. You'll be able to build strong relationships at all levels and to coach and guide colleagues on a variety of apprenticeship solutions.
