Postal Services Coordinator

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To serve as a postage Subject Matter Expert across the Group, providing updates, pricing, support and advice to all relevant areas and personnel across the Group.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·To serve as a postage Subject Matter Expert across the Group, providing updates, pricing, support and advice to all relevant areas and personnel across the Group.
·To help drive postage sales growth and postage-related business development across the Group. To include making client presentations and attending relevant client meetings.
·To help provide the Group’s clients with suitable and cost-effective postage and mailing solutions.
·To monitor Mailmark performance, flagging any issues and helping to ensure compliance at all times.
·To devise and deliver comprehensive in-house postage training to all relevant personnel across the Group.
·To assist with postage compliance audits and lead the changes/updates required to ensure that the Group remains fully compliant at all times.
·To build and maintain strong relationships with the Group’s key mail providers, including Royal Mail, Whistl, UK Mail.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
·At least 3 years’ experience working within the postal sector
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Strong postal knowledge (including RM, DSAs & Mailmark)
·Excellent communicator
·Ability to prioritise workloads & multi task
·Knowledge of office administration procedures
·Committed and flexible
·Good administrative skills
·Excellent planning skills
·Attention to detail
·A team player
·Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
