Set within wonderfully leafy 15 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the Avon Valley and just 6 miles from the popular spa town of Bath, Avonpark retirement village is the perfect place to work while feeling part of a great community.
Job Summary
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations and pot-scrubbing station.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
- Empty and maintain bins.
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
- Break down cardboard boxes and place them and other recyclables in the recycle bin.
- Follow instruction as per Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- 5 Hour shifts, alternate weekends and overtime cover available.
