Minutesto Seconds is looking for a Cyber Security Technical SupportEngineer in a fulltime role inMelbourne.
RequirementsTheTechnical Engineering Expert will lead manage and provideengineering services and support to deliver the technicalimplementation of a suite of priority cyber security enhancementsto support secure credentialmanagement.
Theservices include engagement planning technical designimplementation and onboarding of development and engineering teamsto the services. The Technical Engineer should have significantexperience in engineering contemporary security andcontrols.
The successful candidate wouldlead contribute and collaborate with a multiskilled team to delivercuttingedge security technologies to the agency and wouldtransition postproject to manage the products in BAU.
Keyduties may include but are not limited to:
Lead designing featureenhancements implementation and maintenance of a secure secretsmanagement infrastructure using Hashicorp Vault.
Perform a technical leadershiprole operating potentially as a Product Owner in amultidisciplinary team.
Providebroad technical support design and engineering services for projectbuild test and solution deployments.
Define and enforce accesscontrol policies for secrets.
Liaise on technical discussions with infrastructure cyber securityand development teams to address their requirements for a securecredential management solution.
Drive innovation continuous improvement and manage and lead changein securing development pipelines.
Collaborate with a broad rangeof internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
Oversee and prepare technicaldocumentation.
Prepare reportsto support senior executives through decision making Identify andimplement new tools and features to strengthen the capabilityefficiency and security of the secrets management system.
Mature the usage and practicesaround HashiCorp Vault within the agency.
PrimaryTechnologies required for role include:
Hashicorp Vault (Enterpriseversion).
Linux (RHEL).
Ansible Automation Platform(YAML).
Gitlab (CI/CDpipelines).
OpenStack/VMware(Networking Security Groups).
LDAP
JWT.
Kubernetes.
OIDC.
IBM Security Verify Access(ISVA).
RSA AuthenticationManager.
Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based businesssolutions, specifically: experience developing web APIs using AzureAPI Manager and customer facing web portal development using .NETFramework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET Experience developingsingle-page web applications using either Angular 7+ or ReactDemonstrated experience in Azure based solution implementation,including: Azure technologies, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQLand Azure Service Bus and Azure API Manager Azure DevOps and VisualStudio for code development, management, repositories anddeployments (CI/CD) integrating custom built apps with third-partysystems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
