Insurance Sale Specialist

Location: Chorley

Full Time Startingtime: Immediate Basic Pay: 25000 uncapped commissions

Our client is a good sized brokerage company authorisedand regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are also proudto be one of the leading insurance brokers in the market forpromoting ethics and sustainability. We are now very excited togrow our team and currently looking to recruit 8 Home InsuranceSpecialist that each hold at least two years experience in thisfield.

Role Accountabilities:

Meet and exceed new business targets

Excellent general insurance product knowledge from all the keyproviders in the UK

Responsible for the fullend to end process of applications ensuring that customers needsare being identified and addressed

Ensure thatthe clients are receiving the correct and compliantadvice

Responsible to ensure clients understandthe products and services available to them

Capable to obtain a fully comprehensive fact find in order todetermine appropriate coverage levels

Liaisingwith providers in a confident and professional manner for anyavailable discounts to meet clients needs

Dealing with incoming leads promptly and ensure sale process iselectronically followed within the CRM Qualification &Experience

strong people skills with aproactive attitude and preferably a minimum of three yearsexperience within the Insurance sector. Task managementskills

Able to efficiently and accurately makeuse of the CRM

A high level of discretionconfidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitivedata

Strong work ethic and desire forcontinuous learning CII Cert will be considered and asset What weoffer:
