Job Description
An experienced senior practitioner looking for a role of Deputy Manager is being sought by our Clients in Pinner, supporting the manager in their busy setting, salary is c£30k depending on experience, based on 40 hr week with great benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
