Our dynamic IT team is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist to join us at our Bristol office.

As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, the CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey and delivering personalized experiences at scale. Leveraging the full suite of tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.

In this role, you will lead the integration of marketing strategies across various digital channels, ensuring consistency and efficiency. By optimizing marketing automation and using data-driven insights, you will transform data into actionable marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Reporting to the CRM Platform Lead, you will be an essential part of the Business Platforms Team within IT, dedicated to using technology to fuel impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the expert for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, guiding the team to leverage the platform for maximum impact.
  • Design and customize email templates using HTML and CSS to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent communications.
  • Assist in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, including CRM and third-party tools, to enhance data flow and campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated with new releases and features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, promoting continuous learning and improvement in marketing practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring marketing strategies are well-understood and implemented.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Proficiency in data management within Marketing Cloud, with the ability to design complex data models and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong skills in marketing automation, journey design, and the implementation of dynamic content and personalization.
  • Ability to design and send marketing emails, with knowledge of HTML and CSS for customization.
  • Analytical skills to develop insights from campaign data and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to share knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Awareness of regulatory compliance, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, within the context of digital marketing.
