What you will do:

As a security engineer you'll dive into a hands-on role where every day brings exciting challenges and opportunities for growth. From installing cutting-edge detection systems to fine-tuning CCTV networks, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring safety and security for homes and businesses. You will work closely with an experienced team of engineers learning how to protect individuals, homes and properties from risk and danger. This involves installing and maintaining security systems, intrusion detection, CCTV systems, and access control systems. You will be traveling daily to client premises within the across a variety of sites: domestic, commercial, retail, and more. This is a field-based position covering all of Wales where regular travel is a requirement of the role. Overnight stays will also be required. On-the-job training will be provided working closely with our experienced Security engineers, many of these engineers have also been through our apprenticeship scheme so they are the perfect mentors to guide you through the apprenticeship.
