We are currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to support our Logistics team, based at Head Office, Breedon on the Hill.

The purpose of this role will be to analyse logistics data, identify opportunities for optimisation, drive efficiency, support cost reduction, enhance business insights and decision making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Embed and promote a culture of health, safety and wellbeing across Logistics operations, actively championing our Home Safe & Well strategy.Develop interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to visualise key logistics metrics and performance indicators.Analyse and transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting purposes, employing techniques such as data profiling, validation, and normalisation to enhance data integrity and facilitate more precise reporting outcomesDevelop efficient methods for storing information across departments, improving accessibility and collaboration.Conducted relevant training sessions and assist internal customers in understanding report functionalities andbest practices, while also keeping them up to date with any changes or updates to ensure ongoing proficiency and utilisation of the reporting tools.Provide internal and external customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Assist in the implementation of new business solutions, collaborating with the wider teams to ensure successful integration.Optimise robotic tasks to automate repetitive processes and reduce manual effort to reduce errors.Create and document internal business processes related to logistics system coordination and support functions, ensuring clarity and consistency in workflows.Inform and facilitate key logistics centralisation and other ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.Challenges that are likely to fire you upData ComplexityIntegration of New TechnologiesCustomer SupportTroubleshooting Technical IssuesContinuous Learning and Adaptation
