We are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor, to join the Commercial team in our Swindon office. This role can also be based from Bath or Bristol and offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, dealing with a wide range of Disputes. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of dealing with Contentious Probate mattersand be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work, arising from a passing, such as:
Wills, trusts and estates Disputes arising from an Estate Administration process Issues arising around Power of Attorney Professional NegligenceThere will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners across other offices, working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
