We are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon. Hourly rate of £11.44

This is a seasonal position to work part time hours. This will be 18 hours across Monday, Friday and Saturday.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Pizza Chef will

• Work with the Head Chef to assist with responsibility of various aspects within the kitchen.

• Assist with consistent and prompt food preparation and ensure that food service is to a high standard.

• Prepare fresh ingredients including dough, and cook and serve quality pizza from our external wood fired oven. 

• Assist with the preparation, cooking within the main restaurant kitchen where required.

• Assist with accurate and efficient stock rotation.

• Ensure clean, hygienic and tidy workspaces within the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

Some previous experience within a busy kitchen environment is desired. Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety are desirable but not essential. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat

Desired Criteria
