JobDescription:

As aRegistered Nurse working night shifts at our facility you will playa crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patientsduring overnight hours. You will be responsible for assessingplanning implementing and evaluating nursing care to ensure thewellbeing and comfort of our patients throughout thenight.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Providenursing care to patients during night shifts adhering toestablished protocols andstandards.
  • Conductcomprehensive assessments of patients health status and developindividualized careplans.
  • Administermedications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy andpatientsafety.
  • Monitorpatients vital signs and response to treatment intervening asnecessary to address any changes incondition.
  • Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensurecontinuity ofservices.
  • Communicateeffectively with patients families and colleagues to provideinformation support andreassurance.
  • Maintainaccurate documentation of patient assessments interventions andoutcomes.
  • Adhereto infection prevention and control measures to minimize the riskof healthcareassociatedinfections.
  • Participatein quality improvement initiatives and contribute to thedevelopment of best practices within thefacility.
  • Activelyengage in ongoing professional development and trainingopportunities to enhance nursing skills andknowledge.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Validregistration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council(NMC).
  • Previousexperience working as a Registered Nurse preferably in a similarsetting.
  • Excellentclinical assessment and decisionmakingskills.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto work effectively as part of a team andindependently.
  • Flexibilityto work night shifts asrequired.
  • Commitmentto providing compassionate and patientcenteredcare.
