Thisisnt a straightforward product role. Yes you will be thinking aboutuser requirements business problems and how to solve them withtechnology but the difference is youll also be working out how toimprove the business with other peoples technology too.
Youll be managing a portfolio of third party andinhouse applications so youll need to understand what we can buildand what we might be better off leveraging from elsewhere and howthose two approaches will work together. Youll be doing this in avery complex domain where there are multiple levels of end user:inside our business our partners business our clients businessesand our clients customers.
Theres wildlydiffering levels of technical sophistication from the applicationand development of GPT4 (and 5) solutions to places where APIintegration has never been seen.
In this roleyoull analyze and optimize our diverse software portfolio acrossour multiple UK companies which currently includes Rendall& Rittner TPG Premier Estates andVegner Group but is likely to grow as more companies jointhe Odevo group.
You will be gaining acomprehensive and analytical view of our complex domain and thevarious software solutions to advise on strategic decisions andeffectively guide implementation efforts that deliver maximum valueto both our business and customers.
As theproduct lead for our software integrations you will build deep andcollaborative relationships internally with our own developmentteams building original products as well as externally with vendorpartners.
- Shape technology strategyand drive digital transformation in propertymanagement.
- Analyze internal and externalplatforms to identify improvementopportunities.
- Manage software relationshipsengaging vendors for strategic alignment as well as short to midterm roadmap alignment to drive max Odevo value from thepartnership.
- Evaluate and recommend strategicsoftware partners based on domainexpertise.
- Work closely with senior leadershipto guide implementation of innovativesolutions.
- Contributing to the definition ofthe product vision and strategy within your product line fosteringa forwardlooking approach.
- Engaging with bothinternal and external customers to capture their requirements andinsights for enhancing our productcapabilities.
- Define product release plans andcommunicate delivery progress/milestones to stakeholders andcustomers.
- Measure performance of launchedproduct capabilities and constantly evaluate opportunities forimproving customer value andexperience.
- Working as an integral part of ascaled team of teams delivering common goals in a quarterlyiteration rhythm.
- Occasionally take on ProductOwner responsibilities (e.g. managing backlog running sprints)especially for minor products ownedinhouse.

Experience
- At least five years of experienceshaping complex product strategies and roadmaps to deliversolutions that effectively meet businessobjectives.
- Background as a Product ownerProduct manager or business analyst
- Experiencedirectly managing relationships with multiple externalvendors.
Whilewe have offices in central London it is a fully remote position ifthat suits you best.The ability to travel to London for meetingsand workshops occasionally is a plus.
