Focus on SAP is specialist SAP and ERP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale. 
 
Client – Partnered with a leading high-tech organisation in the UK.
 
Role – This is a great opportunity for an ERP Business Analyst to play a key role in a strategic digital transformation prorgramme. You will be aligning business processes, to functional specifications, through to testing and training. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong business relationships to manage the various handoffs between the workstreams and across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle of the programme, from process through to testing and training.
  • Assist in Data Management throughout the programme.
  • Ensure specifications and designs meet business requirements.
  • Ensure design solutions meet service requirements.
  • Manage requirements through the full development lifecycle by working closely with the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Update and document business processes to an agreed standard and level of detail.
  • Support the development of Test cases and scripting of Tests.
  • Support users in System Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing (UAT).
  • Support users in the roll out of Training.
Key Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with a background of working with key stakeholders.
  • Previous project experiences within an ERP environment.
  • Ability to documenting processes, working with data, functional specifications, testing and training.
  • Functional and business process knowledge of one or more of the following: finance, manufacturing, supply chain, CRM, HCM etc.
  • Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary – Dependent on experience
 
Location – Hybrid, Hampshire, UK - 1 to 2 days per week.
