Resales Executive

We're delighted to be looking for a new Resales Executive to join our Post sales team. You’ll be based in Eastleigh but may need you'll work in an agile manner covering all locations so having access to your own vehicle is essential. 

The Post Sales team is a high performing and dynamic team of Resale and Post Sales Executives, pro-actively selling shared ownership homes and processing related transactions.

You’ll be responsible in Processing and delivering a comprehensive Resale service in accordance with the Abri and Homes England policies and procedures.

Working collaboratively with Sales & marketing team and customer service centre, you’ll promote the Home Ownership schemes and other projects offered by Abri and providing best customer services in offering advice and support to homeowners and applicants.  

No two days will be the same in this role, so a can-do attitude, highly organised and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you'll be delivering high-profile projects in large dynamic customer focused organisations.
