Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to make a profound impact on the lives of primary and secondary school children with special educational needs (SEN)? Our agency is seeking an exceptional SEN Primary/Secondary Teacher to join our team and support our mission of providing inclusive and high-quality education to all students. The successful applicant will be required to teach across KS2 & KS3. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to develop and implement EHCPs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, helping to build their confidence and social skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching primary school students.
  • Specialisation or experience in SEN education.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
