Salary Range: $71229.00 to$141000.00
Schedule: 36 hours or 24hours Nights or Day/Night with RotatingWeekends/Holidays
Partial Relocation Can beprovided

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• Hospital nursing experience or experience in a subacutesetting
• Current Basic Life SupportCertification

PositionSummary:

As an RN in the MedicalSurgical department you will play a crucial role in deliveringexceptional care. The patientcentered care model combined with asupportive nursing organization enables you to provide theexcellent care your patients deserve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgicalunit encompassing assessment diagnosis planning interventionevaluation and patient education.
• Communicateeffectively with healthcare team members patients and theirfamilies.
• Coordinate and delegate patient careactivities to interprofessional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records.
• Enter and interpret computerizeddata/information.
• Adhere to guidelines andpolicies established by BMCs nursing organization.
• Assist the leadership team in quality improvementprojects as needed.

JobRequirements:

• Licensed topractice professional nursing as a registered nurse in theCommonwealth of Massachusetts.
• 1 years of RNexperience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS) certification required in certain units.
• Nursing degree: Diploma ASN or BSN (preferred); Abilityto obtain BSN within 4 years.
• Relevantclinical experience and/or specialty certification required forcertain practice areas.
• Effective verbal andwritten communication skills.
• Physical abilityto meet job responsibilities.
• Basic computerproficiency.
• Fluency in another language is aplus.
