Our Radiology team in our Tunbridge Wells Hospital currently have an opportunity for an evening Administrator.
As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you will:
Book appointments for outpatients both in person and over the phone
Handle queries
Use modern electronic patient record systems effectively within the scope of the department
Handle confidential reports and difficult/sensitive conversations
Maintain databases.
Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, WP and diary management.
To succeed as an Radiology Administrator you will:
Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret data
Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
Have good IT and keyboard skills and an adaptable learner with complex IT systems
Have experience within a health care administrative environment would be a real advantage.
