About the Role
As the Digital Product Manager, your role is crucial in delivering and continuously enhancing our digital products and experiences across our hosted buyer, VIP, and matchmaking platforms.
You will have the responsibility of overseeing a portfolio of customer portals and data-driven networking tools, maximizing commercial return and elevating customer engagement and satisfaction. This hands-on position will involve launching new portals, managing integrations, and constantly improving the customer journey and commercial value across our internal and external systems, for multiple event brands.
Responsibilities
Overseeing a portfolio of customer portals and data-driven networking tools Maximizing commercial return and elevating customer engagement and satisfaction Launching new portals, managing integrations, and improving the customer journey and commercial value Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of digital products in driving revenue growth Utilizing a deep understanding of customer behavior and data analytics to make informed decisions on product improvements Leading a small, dedicated team while adopting best practices to ensure seamless delivery and support of the platforms Managing a product development roadmap and prioritization process Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
Have substantial experience as a Product Manager Be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of content management systems and web-based customer portals Be passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences Possess excellent project management skills Be highly organized, able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Have experience in developing and improving customer journeys Be well-versed in Product and Project Management methodologies Possess a level of education (or equivalent experience) Work in a way that works for you
