BBOSS offer a one-stop shop for running a small business, we provide our clients with the software and services for companies to grow. With services ranging from our end-to-end Business Management Software, Website Design and SEO, Advertising Strategy and implementation, Graphic Design and Print, as well as Social Media Management. We help companies align a strategy for all things digital.

The Graphic Designer will work closely with our SEO Specialist; the primary objective is to craft visually stunning and innovative solutions to our existing clients as well as enabling us to have more availability to take on new business. You’ll be a self-starter with a diverse portfolio of high-quality, idea-driven creative work and a genuine passion for making things look great

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

  • Designing for digital and print in Adobe Design, Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Creating brand identities and working to design briefs, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Designing exceptional creative assets, while following brand guidelines as necessary
  • Conceptualise and designing custom promotions for clients.
  • Time Management- accurate tracking of your time between projects
  • Video editing for social media presence

Essential requirements for the Graphic Designer include:

  • Demonstratable experience/ proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Customer-centric approach to your work
  • Able to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to fully own your workload.
  • Confident collaborator
  • Commercial awareness and creative judgment when building to specification.
  • Effective time management
  • General knowledge of marketing concepts and techniques when it comes to design
  • A positive, pro-active attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Desirable experience for the Graphic Designer:

  • Video editing experience

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm. This role will be an Onsite position based in our office in Elmesthorpe, Leicestershire.
