UX Designer III, Veeqo

Found in: Talent UK C2 - 2 weeks ago

Swansea, United Kingdom Veeqo Limited Full time
Join our team and re-invent the way ecommerce businesses manage fulfillment

Veeqo (veeqo.com) — a startup which was acquired by Amazon in 2021 — is Amazon’s recommended multichannel inventory and shipping solution for SMB sellers. Within only one year post-acquisition, Veeqo carried an S-Team goal and publicly launched at Accelerate 2022.

Our vision is to become the back office hub for SMB ecommerce sellers, for both their on-Amazon and off-Amazon business. We help sellers manage fulfillment operations across all their online stores, and ship orders to customers at the lowest cost and in the fastest possible time. We sync inventory across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Magento and many more, and help sellers fulfill from Amazon and their own fulfillment centers with the lowest delivery time and best shipping rates from the top carriers.

We’re looking for a UX Designer to work in collaboration with product and engineering, joining a team that’s passionate about raising the bar on Seller experience. They’ll have the opportunity to own comprehensive end-to-end customer flows, interaction design, and prototypes for new and existing experiences. While the designer independently owns multiple features at the same time, they will also collaborate with other UX designers in the same team on connecting individual features to a holistic experience. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and has experience collecting user insights and feedback to validate designs, evolving our understanding of Seller needs.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
- Partner with the product teams to represent customer needs in the requirements development process.
- Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Contribute and maintain the Veeqo Kit Design System pattern library.
- Present design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval.
- Work with Tech teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs and make trade-offs when needed while without compromising on core experience.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
