Responsibilities

To assist delivering the Level 3 Plate Welder standard to the ApprenticesEnsuring we have a Smooth onboarding process for all new apprentices Instruct and train apprentices in several Welding & fabrication techniques Assess Apprentices progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development and improvementYou will assist with monitoring and maintaining workshop standards with respectMaintain training facilities and equipment in line with Health & Safety policies to ensure optimal functionality and safety for our apprentices

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Strong & Competent Welder/Fabricator You will be required to pass an Enhanced DBS check, of which the company will payAbility to work effectively and use own initiativeAbility to lead and manage and train others to achieve desired resultsFully conversant with welding, fabrication and ability to read engineering drawings
