Client Experience (CX) is one of the largest functions within FE fundinfo working across the customer life cycle and covering onboarding, data integration and customer support. CX aim to deliver a first-class experience to our clients by providing a consistently high level of quality data and data integrity to our customers.

At FE fundinfo SPMs are responsible for managing Key Client Projects and Complex Internal Projects and Programmes, to time and budget working with a team of subject matter experts.  SPMs are expected to be able to run multiple projects and coordinate people and processes dedicated to each project acting as the central point for all communication between client and FE fundinfo teams.

Requirements

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager will include: 

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver the project – internal and Client.
  • Ensure that all Project documentation is created, monitored, and maintained throughout the life of the project, including (but not limited to):
    • Project Initiation Document
    • Statement of Work
    • Project Plans in Microsoft Project (essential) and Excel
    • Status Reports/Steerco Packs
    • RAID/Action Logs
    • BAU Handover Documentation
    • Contract Review
  • Set up and lead project meetings, maintaining action logs and communication to inform the project team and clients of the decisions made and actions.
  • Track and measure project performance and budget using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Review resource utilisation and future resource requirements to achieve project completion.
  • Chair relevant client calls/meetings and keep key stakeholders updated on project process and reporting.
  • Review project processes and documentation for continuous improvement and refinement.

To join us as a Senior Project Manager you will need the following experience and skills: 

  • Extensive experience (ideally 4 to 5 years), in the setup and successful delivery of projects with very limited supervision.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in the fintech/financial services industry or in data-centric B2B businesses is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), including the ability to understand and synthesise complex information.
  • Strong personal engagement skills, with the ability to gain trust and credibility with both clients, senior stakeholders and colleagues across the company

 

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Project management certifications such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to adapt to different delivery methodologies as part of the common company framework.
  • Experience of internal customer migration projects or similar.
  • Experience in running multiple projects of varying size and related budgets
  • Fluent in a European language other than English is desirable but not essential
