Take responsibility for the wine service in our Bistro's. Assist the Sommelier in managing and sourcing the wine list, learn 'good' stock control practices and start your journey to a Assistant Sommelier role. Where better to do this than the Hotel of Wine.

Our Sustainability Goals:
