We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedSpanish Teacher to join our vibrant educational community inManchester. The ideal candidate will have a love for the Spanishlanguage and culture a commitment to fostering a dynamic learningenvironment and a strong desire to help students achieve fluencyand confidence in Spanish.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Planand deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons to studentsacross various age groups and abilities.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets nationalstandards and enhances students language skills culturalunderstanding and global awareness.
  • Assess andevaluate student progress through a variety of formative andsummative assessments.
  • Provide constructivefeedback and support to students helping them to improve theirlanguage proficiency and confidence.
  • Create apositive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages activeparticipation and a passion for learning languages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practicesparticipate in professional development and contribute to theoverall success of the school.
  • Organize andparticipate in extracurricular activities such as language clubscultural events and exchange programs to enrich the studentseducational experience.
  • Maintain open andeffective communication with parents guardians and the wider schoolcommunity.

Qualificationsand Experience:

  • Adegree in Spanish Spanish Literature or a related field.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS orequivalent).
  • Proven experience teachingSpanish at secondary school level is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum andassessment frameworks.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspireand motivate students to achieve their academic and personalgoals.
  • A commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and staying current with educational bestpractices.
