Job Description

Residential Home Management

Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £55,000

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Home Manager to oversee the operations of our client's dementia specialist care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining care standards, managing budgets, leading recruitment efforts, and utilizing their strong management experience to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or above
  • Proven experience in managing a residential care home, particularly in dementia care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • A commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of care provision.
