MUST have CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing professional mortgage and protection advice

Demonstrable track record within the Mortgage industry Engaging with people from all walks of life. You’re able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. You communicate effectively through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks Maintaining relationships through regular contact and ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach

Your responsibilities

Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment Generate your own leads and business, managing an existing client bank and generating referrals Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
