Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited too:

Code invoices and be the gatekeeper of accuracy.

Match up invoices and purchase orders like a pro.

Help predict cash flow weekly for smart financial planning.

Dive into time logs for the best resource allocation.

Be the go-to guru for purchase ledger queries.

Create purchase orders and keep an eagle eye on prices.

Build relationships with our suppliers.

Tackle monthly staff, cash, and credit card expenses.

Requirements:

Finance administration experience

Good working understanding of Microsoft products - excel etc.

Organized, efficient, and a self starter
