Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Charge Nurse to join them in Kincaid House Care Home. Kincaid House is a modern care home in Inverclyde which boasts beautiful views of the River Clyde and mountains beyond. The care home caters for frail elderly residents and also has a dedicated unit for people living with dementia.

Your role as a Meallmore Charge Nurse will include:
Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences. Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Promote a positive and supportive work environment.Qualifications and skills:
At least two years Care Home experience Relevant nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN) Current registration with the NMC Well-developed clinical knowledge The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries Strong communication skills Collaborative approach to your work Understanding of regulatory frameworksWhat we can offer you:
