Position: Part-Time KS1 Teaching Assistant.
Location: Skelmersdale.
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).

Key Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
- Encourage and motivate children to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and record pupils' progress and provide feedback.
- Supervise children during break times and other activities.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) are advantageous.
